Will S810-27 support a 30 pound window?
i have a window about 4 feet wide and 28" high. it weighs 30 pounds. will two of your S810-27 channel balances support this load. thanks

32 year old Peachtree Slider
The slider is 32 years old. I need the two tandem rollers on the bottom and the two horizontal rollers on the top. The top one are nylon wheels that are offset to keep the door running straight. Would you have any of these parts in your inventory? Regards, Kevin

Lock on window is broken
I need help in identifying this and buying a replacement part for my window. The window is a crank single pane glass casement. There is no identifying names of the window company anywhere. I've attached a picture of the original one and another with the broken handle. Please help! ... (cont.)

extruded rollers have been crushed, need replacement
I have extruded rollers for our double pane windows. The windows are heavy and have crushed and reduced the rollers to flat sliders. The brackets are grooving the bottom of the window frame. Do you have an equivalent replacement. 3 1-2" screw shown for scale.

28D Channel Balance
The stamp on this 29" channel balance says 28D. I called a repair shop here in town and they quoted me $55 for the install, etc. but was wondering if it was simple enough to do myself.

Which Balance Model Do I Need
Hi - Attached is a picture of my balance. What model do I need? I have both a 20 lb sash and a 27 lb sash. However, the windows are the same size and the balancers ends and size are identical. The body length is 32 in. and the width is 1/2 in. Thanks, Terry

I need to replace these broken sash spring/pulley mechanisms. I don't see the little black L shaped piece which screws into the window woodwork cavity. I am willing to use whatever works. CMC channel balance
I need to order 4 replacement parts for windows. Someone replaced one of them before. I think it will be your 385 series 22" long. The origional is stamped; 21-3 ED5 CMC 68 and the replacement is stamped; 21-3 EE5 CMC 75. Thanks, Gary

channel balance what stamp for 60.5 lb window
My sliding window weight 60.5 lb. One of the channel balance string broken. the stamp is 32DS61L. Its metal length is 33". I think S351-33 will fit. But I am not sure which option I should pick. 3230 or 3260? Please help, thanks, Shujin

Fixing Nuair aluminum windows in my daughter's house. Windows are double glazed. I have one of the balances in front of me. The markings are: 28DS DL 38. There is also BSI placed at 90 degrees between the 28DS and the DL. The foot appears to be 15-004 or 15-005 and the top is 19-005. Wha ... (cont.)

spiral balance replacement
Thanks for posting! When measuring your length, make sure to only measure the tube--do not count the tip and the spiral protrusion in your measurements. If your balance still comes out to be 28-1/4", then we do recommend that you go with an even 28" length.
