Pivot shoe lubricant?
What is the best lubricant to use between the pivot shoes and the vinyl window tracks? I've had several shoes stick in the track, resulting in first the windows being very difficult to operate, and ultimately in broken pivot bars.

Atrium Patio Door glazing/bead

Balance replacement, and plastic stopper
I found that one of my balances had fallen out. I then looked up online on how to remove it in the hopes of installing it in correctly again. Option for Channel Balance.
Thanks for posting, Mark. Based on your stamp, I'd recommend our 2550 option. This can support a window sash weight range of 25 through 28 pounds. Does your sash weight fall within that range? Let me know!

What option for S775?
I need to purchase a balance and several balance shoes. My existing balances is 32" long and has a 1" shoe. I have identified the balance as Series 775 and S775-32. Questions about Series 795 Channel Balance
I have a Patriot window that your Series 795 channel balance looks like a direct replacement for. Identify correct spiral balance
My window weighs 15lbs and is the tilt type. The current balance is 29" with a dia of 3/8". The window say series 96 SH with marking of H-R35-47x83. Please let me know if you carry a replacement for this. Thank you !
