Thanks to your catalog I see what the name of the part is. As you might be able to tell, the upper section of the shoe is seriously bent--probably because the channel detached and the shoe rotated in the jamb. My handles don't work well, can open but not close - as if grooves on cranks don't match cogs. Attached are pictures of the mechanisms. The only identifying mark is it says Truth on the mechanism. Hopefully you can identify and help with my situation. Thanks!
