I have a 30" window channel balance. It looks like the 30" 775 series balance with the 1 1/4 ' shoe. The one I have has the number 3000 stamped on it. Does that mean I need to order the one with the option of 3000 with 1 1/4 shoe? Also does the balance come fully assembled like it shoes on the we ... (cont.)

I see you have part# 87-138 which is one size I need, however, I need a smaller keller roller that fits a smaller sliding window. I am looking for a replacement wheels for a sliding glass doors. The current wheels are nylon and steel ball bearing hub. They are marked DWB-43. The wheels are 1-11/16" diamenter with a 1/4" shaft. The flange thickness is 3/8" and the bearing hub is 15/32" thick. Jim

Can you please from looking at the attached pic what parts I should order for my broken channel balance windows. The length of my channel is 27". From looking at the series 380 and 385 it looks like I have a 19-905 top with 15-002 bottom? Thanks, Vio
