Not knowing how pivot shoes work, I had a need to replace a window and I ended up breaking the post pivot shoes on my window. I reviewed all your pictures but am unable to match the ends of the channel balance I need. Pictures are enclosed. Markings on the channesl are 23 D and B.S.I. Width of the channel is 9/16" and the width on the channel plastic top is 1-7/16, bottom is 7/8.

I have old tilt windows and need pivot shoes for the top tilt windows. I did replace the pivots on the bottom window with 15-118 pivots. would the top pivots be the same? I have a broken pivot from the top window it has 200/574 on it and a 4. thanks

These windows were installed in 1990. The window will not stay up any more. The pivot shoe is the same size as the old style. And the coiled balance spring has the number 335 on it. What spring should I get to replace it? Thank you. Vincent

do you offer like 84-002 except wheel about 0.25" bigger diam (about 1.25" dia)? That is what my old one is. On the old one, the internal diameter (which contacts the track) is about 0.95".
