I have double hung tilt windows and I need help finding the attached replacement part. The hook that holds the spring is broken off. I don't know who the manufacturer was and these windows were installed about 16 years ago but Plute.

The lock on my window says Jordan. The code 28 2 ER CALDWELL is printed on the balancer body. The window weighs 12.5 pounds and the length of the metal body is 29 inches. I need three replacement arms and I'm pretty sure they are 39-095 and 39-094 make sure I have the right size and side. The back is marked 7191-2 which are called left, there is an L on the arm. I just bought and used spline 55-109. When I was putting the sceen back in the door I saw that the screen needs to be tighten more. Can I reuse the spline and screen?
