Do you sell replacement balances and parts for this window made by Gapco? The lower end plastic part is broken and the balance had the number 2740 on it and measures 28 inches from end to end of the metal part as shown in your instructions for measurements. My screen door has tension mounted casters but there is no screw visible anywhere for replacing the whole assembly. The nylon casters are snapped into place with pins or screws. Hi, Please assist with which parts I need for tilt windows. The upper spiral balance is 26" (from metal tube edge to edge) and the lower sash is 29". I need to replace channel balance on two windows that are Patriot windows. ON the balance the numbers are 36B and BSI or BS1. They are 36" long and have the T-Lock balance shoe. I can not find a number stamp on the balance as your example shows 1730. What do I order??

I want to make sure I buy the right hardware to fix my windows. I have Regency windows many of which have broken cams in the pivot shoes. The info from a sticker on the window frame says Balance: Top 23 40/40 Balance Bottom: 23 30/40. The approximate dimensions of the shoe are 1 1/4" tall by 1" ... (cont.)

The plastic bushings for these windows appear to be about 1.75 inches in length and about 0.75 inches in width.
