I am replacing the balance of an Andersen window, the part number reads 927, additional markings 11600A-3. I would like to confirm if the part I need to order is the one listed as "Andersen Sash Balance, 927, 931, 937, 939" Thank you

Hi. I have Moss tilt out vinyl windows who will not stay open. The have a twisted metal piece on each side that goes the full length of both sides of the window. Hi, I have 1994 Andersen Narrowline double-hung windows with balancers stamped 11600-17. There are two per window, but one is stamped 11L and the one on other side is stamped 11R.
