Anderson sash balance 9#27
My sash balance has s 9 #27 7 87 stamped on it along one long side. The other long side has 11600-17. The window code is cig 2 3 87. I am looking to replace the sash balances but those listed in the on line catalog here don't seem to match.

Cracked crank covers

wheels for OLD patio door
We have 40+ year old sliding glass doors. The wheels are SHOT, we would like to purchase TWENTY replacement wheels, and put about SIX in the three-foot glass door, and up to TEN rollers under a very heavy 4-foot glass door. What option for stamp 29 9?
I have matched my existing hardware to the #S385-30" Channel Balance with the 15-004 shoe, 19-005 top (winged), 18-166 Top sash clip, and 16-082 Take Out Clip. All measurements and details match. What option will match a channel balance with the following- 29 9 EX CMC 11?

I cannot find anywhere on your site any load capacities for the various color tips on spiral balances. Assume it would be tabular with color and load range ? Load range would be based on use of pair of balances ?

Do I have to replace pivot shoes?
I will be replacing my spiral sashes with the S900-28 (both color tips for different size windows). I have two questions: 1. Do I have to replace the pivot shoes, or only if they're broken? Rollers for a Pella sliding door from the late 90's
Hi. I'm looking for a set of replacement rollers for a Pella sliding glass door. It's from around 1999 as the home was completed in August 1999. sliding glass door replacement rollers
I recently bought a 5 year old condo. Sliding glass door does not slide well. Tried adjusting rollers but nothing worked. I didn't even appear the rollers were raising or lowering the door when I "adjusted" it with screw driver. I do not know if the door ever worked well. I can not find a manu ... (cont.)

Hi, The top attached of the channel balance was broken on both side and the string was broken on one side. Here is the measurement of the channel balance: non-tilted window 1/2 wide X 28 inch long. 1990 Kinco Balancers needed
