I need two replacement window latches for my Alcoa windows that release the window in order to let it tilt outward. i see some similar ones on your site but mine do not screw in. the dimensions are approximately 2.625 X .625. Thank you in advance!

What is the trick to not dropping the lock in the door frame during installation?

Please help me to identify a replacement part for the plastic square nut in the photo. It measure roughly 3/8" square and is the nut for 5/8" spiral balance installation screw. Looks like it's simply press-fit into the channel. Thank you!

I need to replace a 1/2" channel balance, but cannot find one that exactly matches. This is for an Atrium non-tilt window. The upper guide has wings, but the lower guide does not. I purchased two of your latches to be mounted on my new screen doors. The doors will be mounted "in swing". When the doors are closed, the surface of the door frame will be flush to the door jam.
