my existing plastice support (part # 15-150D ) holds two springs on each side of the window, the window weights 14 lbs. my question is what weight spring do i install and do i install (2) on each side and connect them together

Trying to find a replacement for this hinge with stub. 'Shoe Stub' might work but I can't seem to find the bracket that it goes into. (The part that secures the stub to the window frame) Any help you provide is much appreciated
