Product Code: 81-004 Air Control Roller single wheel assembly replacement. I have 3 sliding glass doors that are custom made 4'x8' and are very heavy. I would like to replace with a double wheel assembly. Can you recommend a replacement.

The crank on my awning window is broken. There are no markings on the crank but the window has some etching in the bottom left hand corner. It says IGMAC, IGCC CBA, LoE, Cardinal, CIG-3, 4-97. I keep replacing my 84-001 nylon rollers. I'm lucky if a pair lasts a summer. The part that fails EVERY time is the rivet connecting the spring steel to the wheel bracket. The track is clean and the door is handled gently by adults. Would 84-031 rollers be more durable? Thanks.

Hello, I need help inentifying this part which is located on the bottom of the screen door, it is not a roller but looks more like a guide that used to ride on the bottom track, there are 2 per door. The part number I have is G2-0SCP-02 or G2-DSCP-02. The one I have seems to be different to the one in the catalog. The overall lenght is 5 3/4" the width is 1 1/2" and 5/8" tall. Thanks Todd

The crank on our kitchen window has been broken for years. The cover on the crank says "Monorch, " as far as i can tell.
