I have a 20 year old all wood 8 foort patio door that needs to have new roller installed. I have the old rollers removed. Hello I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

I've been back and forth to Home Depot and Lowes and can't seem to find a replacement roller to work on my door. Hello! Can you help me determine the correct spiral balance? Mine appear to measure 28.5". They are 3/8" in diameter. They are metal covered with plastic. They have blue balance tips. I am attaching some pictures. Thanks!

Can I purchase the cover plates that cover the openings when you remove a Pan Am window crank? We never use the cranks to open the windows (in an office), and they get in the way of the window blinds.
