I need channel balance replacement for Noradex window. Part #is 2950. In your catalog it looks most like 30 inch series 350 channel balance but the top attachment19-002 doesn't look exactly like mine and I can't be sure the bottom shoe is correct either. Mine has wings. Help please. ... (cont.)

You sell two different types of charging tools. Are they both for spiral balances used with tilt windows? Can either one be used for Patriot Window spiral balances?

I have matched the part I need to 84-028. I want to know if 84-075 is compatible to it. There is no differnce in the door from left to right or top to bottom. It is an aluminum door. It seems like 84-075 would be sturdier if it is a match. Thanks.

I have two channel balances to replace. They are 9/16" so are 1/2" and marked as "25 3 FK CALDWELL". Top looks like 19-005 but I do not see a bottom that matches. Thanks Chuck

I'm looking for replacement parts for my Alcoa windows that were installed when the home was built new around 1996. The windows are white and the spiral balances have a white casing. I've attached a couple of pictures, but I'm not sure what series/model windows I have.

I need to order 2 keyed deadbolt locks for storm doors. Can I get them keyed alike? Thanks
