I have double hung windows. the old coil had the number 7 on it so it must be 7 pounds. I measured 25x25 and the end calc came out to 7.2 pounds, I looked at the old balance coil and it has just the 1 round hole at the end. I already purchased 15-047 Pivot Shoe which seams to be a little loose where the pivot bar goes in. The old Pivot Shoe rectanglar slot measures 11/32" W x 7/32" H with a little center drop lip inside. On your Web site Pivot Shoe 15-187 & 15-047 have the same outside Dim. will 15-187 fit better? ... I need two sets of rollers and a track cap. What I have is almost identical to the generic tandem rollers sold at every hardware store, including Home Depot. When opening or closing the window, does the 87-093 axle turn in the window frame or does the axle remain stationary and the roller turns on the axle, i.e. does the axle turn or only the roller? Your assistance would be appreciated. Many thanks.

According to your website I think I have the following: 33" balance stamped 3250 - 1/2 wide 19-005 top 15-004 shoe I'm not 100% sure about the bottom shoe - see attached pics I don't see a particular series that matches what I need exactly?
