I just received my coil Balances and I guess I ordered the wrong lbs ones. I got the 3 lbs but they do not keep the sash up... I need a Rusco window sweep latch. Following is the number from your catalog: Rusco Window Lock, 1-1/4" Product Code: 90-235 The lip that goes into the window MUST be 5/32 at the thinnest and 7/32 at the thickest. Do you have that latch with those dimensions?

The stamped number has only two digits and a letter: 21C. The length is 22", width 1/2", with a 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Is that sufficient information to order a replacement pair?
