I believe you could use a shim installed under the keeper part of the lock on the top window sash. Make sure the hole centers match your keeper. I think this might work.

Picture 409 is old system that works. Picture 407 is 39-060 installed notice how it is touching. Picture 406 is Keller name. My channel balance has 27TGX stamped on it but is 28" long. Not sure which option to order (28d, 28c or 28b)? It is from a double pane double hung window 42" wide by 60" tall (sliding part of window is 42" wide by 29" tall).

How do you remove and install a S751 balance? Marked on my balance it says UNIQUE 30 H D. I see the installation diagram for the other type of balances but this one is not the same is there a diagram for this type.

I believe the rollers I'm looking for are stock #81-128. I already had the door off once last week to lube my old rollers (didn't work so well). How are the old rollers removed out of the opening? The wheels appear to be in the way.
