This same part is rusted out on two of our windows.

I need to order the left and right side double coil balance for my window. I'm not sure what the stamp number indicates as far as the weight limit goes.

Custom balance

Hi it seems to look as if i need the 82-218 morise lock because we lost our keys. Do we need the handle as well? Everything is in good condition just have no key.

I have a harvey door with a full window and I am unable to get a handle-the black handle is about to break off and harvey no longer sells the door. Need replacements for one window (both left and right)

I will need additional parts, the vertical pieces for hinges right and left are 17 inches long The diagonal slideing pieces are 10 inches long each. Would also like to replace the latch parts if possible

Hello I need to replace two window channel balances. The print on them is 28 3 dv cmc 7, the metal part appears to measure 29 inches though. Previously ordered Product Code: 18-183 but it didn't work as a replacement. Original sash guide measures at 1 3/4" in length. Flat top piece measures at 13/16" in width and 11?16" in depth. Is there another Top Sash guide that can be suggested that matches the measurements of the original? ... (cont.)
