Hello, I am trying to figure out the replacement parts for several windows. One picture shows the coil springs covered and intact the other picture is one I am hoping to replace. The coils have 5.0 35 marked on them. I would like to have the option to replace the whole assembly if possible. ... (cont.)

Good morning - I have a circa 1980 andersen casement windows that have 9 3/8" straight arm openers on them. Do you sell just the guide on the end of the operator that slides on the window rail?

The (3) pictures labeled 'Short Balancer' shows the tape measure placement at both ends, plus the number on the back. The (2) pictures labeled 'Long Balancer' shows the tape measure placement at both ends.

I'm looking to replaced 2 window balances in my dad's property. Enclosed are some photos I took. There is a number 1920 on the track, don't know if that helps. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Tai

The marking says IWC. The screws are 4" apart. I hope you can help.

The homeowner had Farley 300 Series windows installed back in 2006. They have a couple of issues with the windows. Two of the balance systems have failed and they are in need of replacement. The metal balance piece is about 26" long. They also need tilt latches (3 L and 3 R) for the same windows. ... (cont.)

HELP! We have a nice storm door with full glass panel. It is retained by 4 strips like this one around the perimeter. We looked all over, but unable to find a Mfr name anywhere (Hate when they do that!). Probably 15-20 years old. Hope you folks can come up with something on this... By the way, ... (cont.)

Latch on an old sliding door is broken, needs a replacement.

The uint is 28.42 mm high, 17.86 mm wide. The roolers are steel and 22.03 diameter wheel in channel (may be worn some, and 25.40 diameter ridge.

I have a double hung Weathershield window.The latch on the the upper sash has broken. It is about 2-3/8" long and about 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep.I think the weathershield part number is left 941316 and right 941318. Held in with a screw in the middle.

Need to replace these two parts for casement windows which is part of a garden window.. Installed in 2003
