The right handle has become worn and bent preventing the window from opening. I bent the part back but after some use it again isn't opening and closing. Need to replace the handle. Can you recommend a part number?

The hinge pictured is the one in good condition, I need one similar to that one to replace another one broken in another window, as well as the handle that twist to open and close the window

Hello, need this part. It prevents the upper sash from going all the way down. It is 4 1/2" above the sill. It is 1 1/4" wide, 1" tall, with a reach of about 7/8". Thanks!

Hi as you can see I believe that the pieces of either plastic or rubber that are going between the frame on the window itself appear to be missing or broken. Also seems to be a height loss as a result of this missing piece that allows the top Edge of the window to not be stopped by the top rail piec ... (cont.)

Not knowing what I need. Just bought this condo, there is a double latch in the side for attachment.

I just bought home and a few of these are broken and they are carved and screwed into windows. There is no brand on this part nor I can find the manufacturer of this window frame. The latch is manufactured by truth part number 45086. Please help

Hello, please help! I need a few tilt latches, I think that's what they are called. As you can see, the head on the left side is broken. They are about 3 1/2" inches long and just 15/32 high. Can somebody help me find those. They are probably very old :-) Thank you! Susie

Looking for new window balancers for a certainteed window. Window size is roughly a 34"x58" The only numbers/ marking I see are 25 4 BSI TR on the metal portion of balancer.

Metal channel measurement: 27". Markings: 26 4 HX CMC 11. No photo of end connection because the balance snapped. Looking for a quote for seven (7) windows, or (14) parts, since three (3) windows have failed in a short amount of time.
