I've sent pics. Sliders are full size and it's the gaskets which need replacement. Only marking I have is ON PLANS. That identifies 8090MUDoors are Norco. Built in 1992 and original to house. Do you have weatherstripping parts?

Looking for the window sash vent stop in the picture.

The metal part of the balance is 26" long and is 9/16" wide. The only markings on the balance is. 26C and BS Here are a couple more pictures that you requested.

I have a window (non-tilt, non-removable sash, aluminum) that the balancer installations look different on the left than on the right. Can you help me identify this shoe or a suitable substitute... I believe that some type of metal bracket is required on the top in order to hold the end of the spiral balance. Not at the customers home right now, but I'm certain they are 28" long. Right side was not working. I'd like to purchase a new set for each side of the window.

Went to lock my window and the lock handle fell right out but I don't know the window brand
