These windows are replacement windows in a rental unit that have been beat hard! We can't find replacement coil balances anywhere and none of the windows have manufacturers info on them.

I was tilting my window when this piece fell off. It's the piece that I hold open with my thumbs to release the tilt. Can I just replace this part without replacing the entire latch? Thx!

I need an equivalent replacement part for these current window balancers (26 4 GX CMC 11). The home was built in 2004 by KB Homes in North Las Vegas. All the window balancers springs are ceasing up making it difficult to open each window.
