The window crank says Pella but there are no etchings in the window.

I don't need ths exactly, but I need the design so that the handle clears the door fram when it closes. The flat part on top is the clearance needed to close the door. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My strings for my Andersen bathroom window broke. I took both balancers out. They were fastened with only one staple.
