Hi,The subject item on one of our windows has broken and I am looking for a replacement in pair but having trouble to find the right part. The house was built in the late 1990/early 1991. I have an MI white vinyl double hung window that needs a replacement balance. The number stamped on the metal guide covering the spring is 35C. What is the SWISCO replacement part?

I need a replacement Balance double coil. Length 3 15/16m width 1 1/4, thickness 9/16 1/12" spring. 1 each Also need the two T shaped pins, I am confused on the pins as my other windows same style only have a pin that is about 1 1/2" long.

Looking for a sliding door handle. The brand says International on it

Then handle is 41/2 inches long with nubs that are approx. 1/2 inch long on each end.

Hi, I need to replace the spring balance in my Traco window. It is a single coil with measurements of 2.25 x 1.5 x 0.5. The window is 12lbs. Thanks, Dave Mattox

Need a window crank and housing. Ordered one from you on my own and got wrong one. Crank gear is larger and sits on far right.

I bought the new channels from you according to the directions per you tube video and measurements. The channels fit great. The top if the windows have a plastic piece that is broken on one side. The right side is not catching on the channel. I am hoping you can figure out what the name of this ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace a balancer for a Milgard window. It is a single hung, non-tilt window. Attach are some pictures. width is about 5/8" to 3/4" and length is about 33"

I need to replace my balances, they keep sliding down every time I try to open window. Can you provide the type of balance that I need. I still need to take it out to figure out exact model

Can you please tell me with what I have shown you who made this window? The sash size is shown in the subject window. The sash spring is 13 1/2" long.

I have what looks like Swisco windows. The bottom sash is one single pane. That glass is broken. I want to remove the sash in order too take it to the hardware store to replace tho glass.
