I need the stationary seal/weatherstrip for an Entrygard Truth sliding patio door manufactured in 1984. It looks like it comes in 2 pieces, one on each side of the groove.Photos attached.

I have a few windows that are in need of replacement balances. I have included some pictures of the current balances, notice that the outer balance did not have a bottom clutch, it was in pieces in the slot. Windows installed 1994. Need part identified. Also do you carry 16" sash stops in white?

The metal part of my balance is 29 inches long but it looks to be stamped 2830? I can't tell if the end pieces are broke or not. This is just the first window, I will end up rebuilding every window in my house. Also I would like to have a stronger balance. Thank you, Randall
