I need replacement channel balances for Kolbe metal clad double hung wood windows. The marking on the channel is (#32)The window size is 2'w x 6'h . I can't take a photo of the channel removed because I don't know how to remove it. The window is cica 1990. Thanks, Thomas McClure

Need replacement channel balances for tall sliding window. Removed one of the channel balances and it is marked with part number 2740 RF.

I was replacing a couple of channel balances in my windows. I ordered 2 28HD K (29" SERIES 751 CHANNEL BALANCE) and installed them, but I noticed that I needed one for the exterior window, which was marked 28HD K e, which I am assuming means exterior. I have a house that was built in the 1970's. It has original tilting triple track storm windows. Many of the windows have had the window balance spring rust and break - or the plastic end to the window balance has broken. My windows weigh about 16 pounds and the spring is 31 inches and 3/ ...
