I am trying to identify the right part. I suspect that you 81-030 "Acorn" would work fine. I see the roller diameter is different, but I believe the height adjustment would allow compensation for that difference.

Is the 27" series 385 channel balance the one I need? The window it will hold is 25 pounds. The bottom plastic shoe measures about 1 1/8 inches.
