why is the top spiral balance of my window shorter then bottom one. Top = 28in Bottom is 32in. I order a S900-28 red tip and it should have been S600 red tip. Can I still use this for my window?

I think the part is the coil base shoe but I'm really just guessing. I sent a picture of the sticker on the window for the make and model if that helps as well as the broken piece.

One of the drawer pulls on a dresser recently broke in half. Looking for a replacement. Dresser drawer is marked with Sumter Cabinet Company, and the dresser has a stamp on the back marked 3209-0696.
