Hello, I'm looking to confirm these are silverline windows and order parts for refurbishment. Is this a 39-025 operator? Also, looking to identify the vinyl. 3/4 width. 5/16 height.

When we lift up the window, the rail stays up. We followed directions on how to fix it and got the string to go back in it's place but it keeps doing the same thing. I believe we need a replacement rail (block and Tackle Sash and the plastic ends.

Please advise the correct model to order

Good morning, The metal portion of the balance is 28". The plastic tip is white. The outer diameter of the tube is 7/16" Which balance should I order? My windows are tilt-in. The actual diameter of my balance is 27/64. Would either your 3/8 or 5/8 work?

HI, I need to replace some small insulation pieces that fit in the window frame at the bottom and top corners of the window track. These are for double hung windows.
