Do you have these Handles/pulls?

Not sure what I should do. There is no slot to take out the spring. I weighed the window and it is 14 lbs. any ideas at would be appreciated. I really don't want to cut the window to get the sping out but i am not sure what else to do

This a window crank taken out a PGT window. The only markings are 41010B on 1 arm and I believe 3180 on the other. Also, says made in America.

Hello, The locking mechanism is tough to function. I have to partially remove the key to get it to open so would like to replace the lock. I cant find a model number on the door or anything so helping the pics can help.

the felt on my commercial doors are worn. There is only felt is on one door with the other door rounded. the width of the channel for the felt is 7/16 wide the channel is adjustable for height. do you have any felts that I can use.
