Looking for a part for a 31 year old Milgard sliding window. The part was referred to as a "night guard" back in the day. Hoping you carry the part (see the attached picture).

THESE STRIPS, 2 PER WINDOW, GO ON THE VERTICAL CENTER AND OUTSIDE EDGE OF THERMOPANE WINDOWS (C. 1959). THE INSIDE IS ATTACHED TO THE MAIN FRAME, THE OUTSIDE IS ATTACHED TO THE SLIDING WINDOW. THE LENGTH OF THIS EXAMPLE IS 45-INCHES. THE WIDTH IS 3/8 INCH. THANK YOU.

I have attached photos of each end of a 28" x 9/16" balance. The only marking on the balance is 28C. Can you help identify an appropriate replacement? Can you recommend a pivot shoe that would work with this as well? The existing shoe is 1 1/4 x 9/16. Thanks

This is the left-hand storm window slide latch. The tab on the right-hand latch broke. There is no identifying information on the door or the latch. The storm door is about 25 years old. Hi, Im trying to figure out which balance I need. The house was built in 2002 and the metal portion of the balance is 28". It is stamped 27 5 CT Caldwell. As you can see from photos the top and bottom tips are winged. Thanks, Tom
