Need balance parts for 2 different size windows. 14b and 12b same house, pivot bar broken from 14bBoth balance 14b & 12b have hooks top and bottom. Looking for replacement locking mechanism for ProVia patio door.

The part that fits into the shoe allowing the window to tilt. It is plastic and has broken off. Can it be replaced?

The arms connected to the window are about 9 1/4 inches. The arms connected to the mechanism are about 8 3/4 inches to the bend in the arm, then about 1 1/2 inches into the mechanism.
