I think this is a wool pile weatherstripping. It is on my aluminum storm windows and screens. The house was built in 1972 and we moved here in 1983. So, the storm windows must have been installed sometime after 1972 and before 1983. The latch mechanism says "SEASON-ALL". As best I can measure, ... (cont.)

Hello, i am in search of weather strips for this door. The technician on site told me the gap that the weather strip slides into is 1/4inch, and appears to be of the wool type seal. I'm trying to identify the attached weatherstripping for some circa 1950s awning windows. The size of the base is approx. 3/16 as best I can tell, although it seems to have a slight bend to it. I called Pella because the weatherstripping on my exterior door had failed. They sent me 4 lengths of pushin bulb weather strip but I have NO idea how to remove the old stuff or put in the new stuff. If I buy this with the black pile, will the backing plastic also be black? I want to use this for an application that will leave the backing exposed.

Hello - I am looking for the correct weatherstrip to replace my Patriot Windows weatherstrip on the bottom windows.

I have a pella sliding glass door that is 15-20 years old.
