39-091 ROTO Casement Operator

Looking to replace all of the hardware attached to this operator. It's a vinyl window but I don't know the manufacturer.

No identification found on vinyl casement window. May need up to 10 hinges. Was unable to remove hinge from to window at this time for better picture.

I believe this an Erie window? Not sure. I'm looking for a new roto operator. Thanks

Casement window wont open crank turns

I took pictures for what im looking for. I couldn't find it on the website. The numbers on the frame was the only info I could find.

I am interested in ordering Roto Casement Operator 39-091. The product description indicates: Handle sold separately; fits 5/8" hex gear bore. Handle 39-224 is recommended on the right side of the listing for Operator 39-091 but indicates: Female fold-down crank handle with a 5/16" hex gear bore f ... (cont.)

The left casement operator on my window does not work properly; it feels like a portion of the gear inside has been stripped, since I can feel it slip when I turn the crank to close it. The crank handle works find. I am uploading pictures of it installed. I hope you can identify this part without me ... (cont.)

Unfortunately this part broke. My window was purchased through Window Wizards before they went out of business . Because this part is brokeI can only push the window out and to closed it it had to be pushed manually back in. By any chance do you have this part . See photos. Thank you! ... (cont.)

From my customer :I wasn't sure what you meant by the longest and secondary arm. But the long part of the metal arm on the left was 5.25 in and the short part was 2.5 in. The metal arm on the right was 5 in.
