39-091 ROTO Casement Operator

Hi, the casement window crank operator doesn't work and the hinge is broken. I can't find the manufacturer's name on the window. Also I can't replace the window because it was installed outside first and then put inside stucco later. I only found the information on the hinge is: INTERLOCK WORLD P ... (cont.)

Not the entire assembly, just the arm crank. It appears to be a 5/16 hex, but it is stripped. Almond/beige color

Window measure 34 inches (L) X 15 1/2 inches (W) no markings , except for "bonded 99" on outside window frame Window has a "locking device" on left side of window. appears that an "arm" of the device is missing or not working? Thanks for all of your help.

I have a 4 panel bay window that I cant seem to find replacements for the window cranks.They go in from the inside of the room and screwed in place from the outside.Can you possibly help me to find 4 replacements.ThanksBill

I am trying to figure out what parts I can buy to replace this hardware. I'll have to go back out to the property to take it apart to get more details. This hardware is on a rental unit, which I don't have any time access to. Any help or insight is appreciated.

Hi- I am getting ready to order your 5/16 spline window crank (Product Code 39-274) but wanted to make sure it will fit a hexagon shaped receiver. I have ordered cranks before but they didn't work because they come with a round end. See picture for shape. Thank you! Leslee

Looking to replace all of the hardware attached to this operator. It's a vinyl window but I don't know the manufacturer.

No identification found on vinyl casement window. May need up to 10 hinges. Was unable to remove hinge from to window at this time for better picture.

Casement window wont open crank turns

I took pictures for what im looking for. I couldn't find it on the website. The numbers on the frame was the only info I could find.

I am interested in ordering Roto Casement Operator 39-091. The product description indicates: Handle sold separately; fits 5/8" hex gear bore. The left casement operator on my window does not work properly; it feels like a portion of the gear inside has been stripped, since I can feel it slip when I turn the crank to close it. The crank handle works find. I am uploading pictures of it installed. I hope you can identify this part without me ... (cont.)
