39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

Hi folks, The operator shaft has snapped off the base. I suppose I'll need to replace the whole operator. Please see picture. Looks like a Truth Entryguard 31538. There's an "L" on the arm. Please help identify replacement part.

I have a Vetter Casement Window opener that appears to have stripped gears. It is a Entry Gard opener by Truth. There is also a number (20810) stamped into the metal.
