Hi I need to replace a casement window crank, the window opens to the left, pictured are one of my existing windows with the hardware installed for your reference, the other is the window with the missing hardware, let me know if you need additional pictures

These are on either side of a picture window. The photos are showing the left window as you face it inside. The letters and numbers I see on the system are: EasyGuard, Truth, Made in USA, 20810, R30842. I think I need new parts, including the whole assembly and the crank handles. Can't find anyon ... We can't find any markings anywhere on these windows and our hunt for paperwork with a brand name of the windows came up empty. All we know is that they are approximately 20 years old. Need left swinging mechanism

I watched your video and it looks relatively easy to fix. I don't know what sizes to order. The handles on three windows are broken. I believe the width of each window is approximately 21 1/2 inches. I believe the extended, open window, is approx 11-12 inches. Thank you!

I have one wind that is missing the bar that allows the window to open and another window the bar is there but it easily drops out of the track. What do I need to fix both issues? The picture is of item #1 only. Thank you!!
