I ordered part 39-031 but the part above the elbow is too long.

I need two. One left and one right. I see a number. 20755. Also entry gard truth.

Where can I get a replacement. The handle broke off and I can't no longer open the window. I don't know what the item number is.

These are MW windows. We bought house. We are looking for the piece missing in the first picture with a pull down handle to secure window. That space is 4 1/4 inches long. There are no identifiers for this window. It appears to have a track as well as the mechanism. The top mechanism appears to be different from the bottom one as well.
