Need to replace all of the parts (top and bottom) on 2 windows (left and right side)but having a difficult time determining the correct replacement parts. I need a replacement for this Operator. It is a single arm 13.5 inch and it latches on the left. I think it is similar to your model 39-013 but I'm not sure. The dimensions on the latch are center of holes 2 1/2 inches apart they are threaded to accept screws the latch is 3/16 wide and sets in 5/8 inches. The dimensions on the crank are hole centers 5" apart, Threaded the short arm is 3 1/2" long and the long arm is 9 1/4 inches long

Truth part. Awning arm, 11", Track 25 7/8" without tabs, 26 7/8" with screw tabs. Current pivots at end of arms removable. Need long track. Other photo is of the window sash seal that imbeds into bottom sash that abuts the sill. Please advise on replacement parts. Thank you.
