Measurements for numbered parts in photos: #1 = 7" #2 = 7.5" #3 = 3.5" X 1.5" Sill where crank mechanism is attached is 1.5". Sorry we have not removed the part, it's holding the window. I have an after marked handle that slips onto the ribbed post but as the window gets harder to close the apparatus skips. Tried putting on the companion handle which was original with screw set but it did not solve the problem. Thinking I might have to replace the whole closing hardware. Not sure ... (cont.)

The old handle is from an Eagle window made around April 2005. The old handle has a set screw to hold the handle in place. The set screw fits into a recess beyond the splines. The old actuator handle is 11/32", the depth of the 39-114L splines measures the same as the old handle and there is the sam ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me identify this window operator. I need to replace the whole part. The arms measure roughly 16 and 1/8 inches (not certain since I cannot close the window). The crank housing (spline?) measures exactly 5 inches wide. Thank you.
