I need to purchase an earning window lever operator. Looking at your 20 1/2 inch part code 39?069. I need to know the size of the opening required to install this part. Also, how long are these arms when extended fully open?

I am missing the handle and the post for the handle for a casement window. It appears to be Cardaco entry guard. Dual arm.

Need to replace these (left and right) as they won?t draw the window all the way closed anymore. Need help with replacement part number. Marked Truth 30744. Thanks.

I'm traveling so I don't have any numbers. These are circa 70s windows. Various arm lengths. Pic is a bathroom window arm length approx 9in. LMK what else you need

Looking for parts for this window. I have several that need repair. Mostly the crank mechanism are broken or missing retaining nut that holds in the crank gears. Dual arm with the gears located either side of the worm screw crank.

Single arm operator.

When I attempt to close window I end up with the handle and handle cover in my hand. It opens fine. Casement operator says Entry Gard Truth. Numbers on closer includes 20810 and 31538A. Can I just adjust it or do I need a new part. The handle cover is slightly cracked, but I don't need a new one ... (cont.)

The long arm is 9", the short arm is 4 3/8. Says Truth Entry Gard and has a number that looks like 31538, but I can't be sure. I won a glass shop in CA and have ordered from you before. This is in a customer's window, so I can't take it out until we win the job. Thanks, Laurel

I believe that the operator is an older Roto x drive operator, based on the body style.

I have a caradco 30382 however it is not 9 1/2" so the 39-028E and 39-027E will not work.Any thoughts?ThanksRocco
