Opo5-7810 window crank and handle need replacement.

These are taken out from a casement window. The fastener between operator and handle broke so the handle can't be attached now. The big arm says "Entry Gard Truth" on it. Small arm has #20810 on it. Measurements appear to match. I'm thinking this will work with Swisco Product code 39-032. Is that correct?
