Thanks for writing. Start by looking at our 39-015 Roto Gear Window Crank. Look over the dimensions listed in the pictures on the product page, compare them with your operator, and let us know if they match. For a new handle, see our 39-114L.

The name Truth is stamped on the arms. Numbers 30905 and 40351. Operating piece also stamped Truth. Number 45035. The house was built in 1991.

If you were standing on the inside of the window and pushed it open. It would swing to the right. I don't have a picture to reference.4 1/2" main arm and Spilt arm is 3 1/2" from Center of Rivet and Rivet connector

The gear inside turncrank assembly seems to be stripped- it will open the window, but just spins when you try to close This is on series 850 casement window PL 010 004

Truth part, number on the operator is 45301, and the number on the arm is 30895A.You can see the arms are rusted, can the be replaced or do I have to replace the entire operator? Thanks for writing in. For your awning operator, take a look at our 39-083. Compare the dimensions listed with your old operator to see if it's a match. If you need a crank handle, see our 39-114L. Thanks for writing in. To start, review our 39-413 & 39-412 operators. Like your old operator, they have an offset in the link arm that goes up. The arms are 9-1/2" long.
