crank arm is 8.5 inches long.crank body is 4" x 2-3/4". unit appears to be permanently sealed and cannot be disassembled any further.numbers are on the part. 03212007 08:17 and 40050

The crank doesn't close the window, i believe it is stripped and needs to be replaced. On the arm of the operator is the # 31850. On the underside of the operator the number 012108 00:49 is stamped. There is also a die-cast number between the screw holes - 45251.

I am unable to find this type of system on your site and I was wondering if you can help me? I am looking to get one for each side of the window. The only thing I found on the window for id was the brand, which I believe is truth.

I need 7 right-side latch assemblies and 6 left; I need 4 left-side handles and covers and 3 right sides. Hello, I am looking to replace 2 window crank mechanisms. One that opens to the left and one that opens to the right. The long arm measures about 10.5 inches from the end to center of the crank. The short arm measures about 3.75 inches. Thanks for your help! Mark

On the bottom of the handles is the number 45240 16. I have three awning casement windows. One is good. The others two need replacement handles and gears. One of the gears came out with the handle. hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i shoul ... Semco Window was installed in 2002. Crank is on the right side when looking out. Appears to have a single straight arm about 9 inches long. Actual part has "Truth" name on the arm. Also need a white or beige crank handle.
