I've got a casement window with Wright Delmar operators. The handle shaft has snapped off inside the control, so I need to find a replacement. Please see the attached photos. The control is 4" long. Hello- I'm looking to replace these two operators. The left side has markings 20544 and 30744. The long arm is 9.5" and the short arm is 4.375. The right side has markings 20810 and 40841L. Same arms lengths as above. Thank you!

Hello, We are needing a replacement for the dual arm casement part shown in the imaghes above. There are no marking on the part but it was installed with our MillGuard casement window about 27 years ago.

Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. This window in my living room will only open, but will not close in order to close it. I have to have someone outside and push it while I crank to close it. Can you please help me out?

To whom this may concern, I have a truth EntryGard casement window operator that has failed. There are some numbers on the operator but I haven't been able to find an exact match online. As seen in the pictures I am looking to replace the crank operator for both right and left window panes.

Google picture search pulled this up as on of your parts. 40085 is stamped on the underside of the handle, no other numbers on the unit.

Hello, I am looking to see if you have some replacement parts for some windows. The part numbers on the window slots are : 358-1R 358-1L

Screws on the outside part are just a hair over 3" apart. When I close it all the way, it seems like the gears are stripped. If I push open the window a bit, it engages. This part finder is a very cool feature, btw. -steve
