7701 is stamped on the bottom of the gold housing. "Wright' is stamped on the top and bottom of the 1'st black arm. Apppears to match your 39-387 with measurements.

As you can tell from the photos the end of the auger part of the window has broken. I don't have the part numbers but they are Truth hardware pieces.
