Hi, I found the brand name Truth on the operator arm (see photos). Not sure what would be the length used to find a replacement and the model (or suitable alternatives if they don't make this model anymore). Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I need a replacement white crank handle. The other cranks on the Windows are stamped with "Truth". They push on and pull off without a set screw. Hello, Looking to replace some cranks and I need a little guidance. They are Truth cranks. I measured 8-3/4 for the arm, but I probably didn't measure correctly. Hello, I need to replace about 12 of these cranks and two of the window locks in this unique gold color. They are made by Weathershield and they no longer carry them in stock. I am wondering if you can track them down? Thanks!

I ordered a "39-188 - Sash Dyad Crank" to replace a crank I have, but the arm connecting to the crank mechanism on the part I ordered is roughly 3 inches long, while that on the part I'm replacing is roughly 4 inches long. I think I need to replace the casement since the window keeps coming off the track. The nylon roller is also in bad shape. Can you help identify what type of casement I need and what part of the window I need to pry off? Unsure if it's two pieces or one.
