I need help identifying what spring balance is need for my tilt windows. I already removed the spring thinking I could go to home depot and get a new one. I tried opening another window to see the color tip but the spring broke in process of removing window and then I struggled to get window back in ... (cont.)

Would 15-212 be the correct part? And would 26-375 work with it? I have parts in my cart associated with this email address.

Looking for a part number for the pictured pivot shoe for a spiral balance tilt aluminum double hung window. It appears to be 3/8" thick, and just under 7/8" wide. I cannot get it out.
