I'm replacing all of our homes pivot lock shoes and 600 Series spiral balances. I think these (Installed 25-30 yrs ago) are the equivallent of 15-118 or the 15-121 but want to confirm before I order. First time replacing any type of window balance. The issue here is the window started becoming hard to open then one day it opened easily but just slams down if you let it. The balances are spiral and 31 inches long. The tips are red but look to be recessed in the tube. Not sure if they should be li ... (cont.)

total of six single hung tilt windows. Tube length is 26", with a diameter of 3/8"-ish (appears a touch wider, but I know that is the standard). Hi Again, The windows we have were installed in 1990 and I believe the company no longer exists. Windsor? Windstrom?Something like that. Photo shows additional parts ( the shoe?) I may need but Im not seeing a match. It holds the balancer spiral as well as the shoe to the window. One of them is bar ... (cont.)
