15-047 Pivot Shoe, 5/8" Thick

Need help identifying tilt operator part numbe. This one is not broken, but others are. Depth of cavity 1/2"

I have several tilt windows that do not stay up when opened. I'm pretty sure the spiral balances need to be replaced. See attached photos. The plastic bottom dried out and cracked. Looked like a wheel was on a pin on the sash that went into the bottom. Can you identify the counter balance. Also the tilt lock got damaged. Thanks!

I was able to identify the correct balance but I'm not sure which shoe to purchase along with it. We are replacing 9 sets of balances for a customer.

Good morning! I have spiral balances in my windows and wanted to confirm the type. It looks like the S600 but I didn't see a white tip option in the 28/29 inch and wasn't sure what color to pick. I need parts # for the pivot shoe. The window top is 24 inches orange tip 9/16 diameter. The bottom is 27 inches orange tip 9/16 diameter. Hi,  I purchased the below shoe: 15-047 : Pivot Shoe, 5/8" Thick I attempted to follow your video instructions I can fit it in the shoe track, but it appears to be too wide (5/8th measurement) I can fit the shoe in but not slide it up or down. I recently purchased 2 pairs of spiral window balances from Swisco. I am very happy with them.However once they were installed, window will not stay up and I believe I must replace the white plastic part you see in the photos. I have a tilt window and the balance shoe broke, need help to identify the broken part.

Older than 1993.Size5/8 " deep2 1/8" high1 1/4 " wide.Need to know your part number as I may order a few as I am replacing the failed glass in several tilt out windows( they are stamped CLEARVIEW) in the inside of the aluminum frame. Thank you.John

Looking for this part it looks most like the 17/32 part but it is 5/8 thick. Has the little tabs in the middle(broken off) Any ideas?

So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... Screw mount for securing balance spring torn away. Shoe travels in 1 1/4 inch channel and is itself about 2 inches high. May also need new balance spring assembly. Thanks in advance for any help. This is presumably from a Traco 9000 or 5000 series Double hung tilt window. I have 6 windows to rebuild and I want to be sure I get the right one-

Darn it. Looks like the pivot shoes I ordered are too thick. Does it look to you like I need the 1/2"? What I ordered was the 5/8". Don't want to keep ordering different sizes.
