15-047 Pivot Shoe, 5/8" Thick

Hi. I need to replace the Pivot Shoes on my aluminum windows. There are no cut-outs in the channels so I don't know how to do this. I do not think that the channel can be spread (even if I had those expensive-looking tools) so, what to do? The channels need to be cleaned but the shoes are shot, no ... (cont.)

We had 13 double hung Owens Corning fiberglass windows, model FDH, installed in 1995. The manufacturer no longer makes them and the installer is out of business. Some of the windows have become almost impossible to raise or lower. I removed one of the most sticky ones and took some photos. See below ... (cont.)

Hello! Please specify names and corresponding sizes of broken parts to fix windows. Two windows installed over 22 years ago. Broken parts that are clearly visible in the photographs need to be replaced.

Need help identifying shoe. It measures 2 1/32 long, 1 1/4 wide and exactly .605 thick. I'm thinking your 15-047 shoe may work.Thank you,John

Bottom glass of the window: Spring tub length 37in. Tube diameter 1/2 in. Pivo shoe length 2in. Pivot shoe wide 1-1/4 in. See picture. Part Upper glass of the window: Spring tub length 35in shorter then the lower glass Others measurements are the same as the bottom one

I need to order the part for my tilt window tilt balances, pivot shoes, and top/bottom latches on my window as shown in the attached photos. The window balance tube is 5/8" diameter and 24" long.

There is no brand tag on these windows. The factory put the spiral balances into the center slot, which is the weakest option. That pinched of the angle slots down, so I guess we'll change out the shoes. This looked exactly like a Great Lakes s shoe from my stock, but I don't find this one in your ... (cont.)

I'm replacing all 3 of the above and have identified suitable spiral balance replacements (series 600). The pivot bars can't be found on any site I've visited. we have a houseful of almost 30 year old Owens Corning windows, and most of the tilt/brake mechanisms don't function well anymore.
