Hello Swisco Teams. I am looking for tilt windows pivot shoe for bottom sash and top sash pivot shoe come with filer. (Looks like a double in track) Window old may be 15 years? Thank you.

Does anyone know how these come apart to replace pivot shoes or spiral balances? Windows were installed about 1996 and are still in good shape, except for the pivot shoes. The frames are very rigid fiberglass, not vinyl so jamb spreaders will not work. Thanks if you can help, Bill ... (cont.)

I have not removed the pivot shoe but it looks like a 15-015 without the screw to lock the spiral balance, based on the dimensions. The spiral balance is 42" but it has a blue end piece. It is 5/8" diameter. It seems red and black tips are only available on your website. Can you confirm the Parts ... (cont.)

Good Morning. The first two photos are of a spiral balance from a double hung tilt out window. The second photo is the pivot block. I need 8 spiral balances and 8 pivot blocks. Can you help?

I thought I bought he correct pivot shoe 5/8 thick. But after i replace 4 of them and tried to re hang the windows the pivot bar wont fit into the Pivot Shoe. This is a large single hung window. Moveable sash is 39 x 44. It is a Certain Teed vinyl window made about 1995. It is a spiral balance system. Pictures of the pivot shoes are attached. The dimensions of the pivot shoe are 2 1/8" High, x 1 1/4" wide x 5/8" deep. What pivot shoe part number wo ... (cont.)

Piece is 1 1/4" wide. Channel is 1/2" deep. Entire piece is 5/8" thick. (The round part sticks up a bit more than the part that rides inside the channel. I don't know what brand the window is. This pivot shoe is badly damaged. It is 2" long and 1.25" wide. It seems to be slightly thicker at the base. Can you recommend a pivot shoe? Should l buy more than 1 size in case my measurements are off?
